At iDental Group we customize your full dentures according to your aesthetic and functional needs.

We offer traditional and upgraded premium dentures; the latter providing a more translucent and brighter smile. Whether your treatment consists of implant supported or a simple full denture, iDental Group is sure to help you regain the smile you once had and most importantly, your ability to chew and digest your food properly.

A permanent hybrid denture is one of the greatest life changing procedures to evolve in dentistry during the last few years. Using dental implants for support, these dentures restore your ability to chew and your self-confidence; you will once again feel like yourself. Our implant trained dentists have decades of experience and have learned from the most prestigious comprehensive courses in this field. Whether you need 4 ,5 or 6 implants, we will customize a treatment plan that is right for you. We will also work around your everyday schedule so you won’t miss a beat. At iDental Group, our permanent hybrid dentures are made of zirconia-porcelain, offering a more resistant and aesthetically pleasing smile.

Throughout time or when you lack sufficient bone, traditional dentures become loose. This causes tissue irritation and sore spots that make you uncomfortable and affects your ability to chew. Many denture users don’t realize the benefits they can receive by placing as little as 2 to 4 implants. These implants will have male components consisting of gold anchors also known as locators, the female attachment will be built in the denture providing a tight snug fit. Overdentures are cost effective making them extremely popular and affordable. One of the benefits patients love most about overdentures, is that the palate is not covered like in traditional dentures, thus not limiting your ability to taste while eating. Due to the anatomic location where the implants are placed, the minimally invasive implant surgery has very little risks. In addition, unlike permanent dentures, most people are candidates for overdentures. Full dentures are a new set of teeth for your mouth. Before a denture can be made, your mouth must be free of your own natural teeth. If you choose to have a full denture made as soon as your teeth are removed, they will be called immediate dentures. Your final dentures will not be made until your mouth has completely healed from the extraction of your existing teeth. During the healing process, you will wear this immediate denture, which will allow you to heal first, before a final mold is taken. Removable dentures are less expensive than permanent ones, but they do have some possible drawbacks to consider. They need to be adjusted or replaced periodically. Once natural teeth have been removed, your bone begins to shrink in a process called reabsorption. The fit of a removable denture is affected by the receding bone, decreasing stability and needing further adjustments. Eventually bone loss may make it impossible to hold the denture in place.

Removable dentures at iDental Group are made in different materials ranging from a standard acrylic base that can provide a great fit, to a flexible type of denture base offering the most comfort. At iDental Group, you can rely on our professionals to help you select a removable denture that’s right for you.

If you are only missing a few teeth, a removable partial denture might be the right option for you. Partial dentures are known as removable bridges and replace the spaces left by the absence of several teeth. Partial dentures are versatile and are custom made for your exact needs. They are constructed using an acrylic base matching your gum color, which holds the natural looking teeth. Your partial dentures will make eating easy again. Soft foods are recommended at first until you become used to having your bite in place. In a short time, your new partial dentures will feel as normal as your own natural teeth.
